Best accompaniment for meat, fish &

poultry or in a burger!

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 large white onions

1 C. at the table Butter

1 C. tbsp olive oil

212 ml Cranberry, port & maple @canneberge

Fleur de sel & ground pepper.

PREPARATION

In a non-stick pan over medium heat, caramelize the onions in the oil and butter for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the jar of cranberry port & maple, mix and reduce until no more liquid remains.

Leave to cool completely before putting in small “Masson” jars or serving immediately.
