INGREDIENTS
2.5 oz to 3 oz Bota Sobr. non-alcoholic gin
3/4 oz Meyer lemon juice (Meyer lemon is a less acidic, more fragrant variety of lemon)
3/4 oz Rosemary syrup (homemade)
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 lemon slice (garnish)
1 rosemary sprig (decoration and syrup)
Sparkling water, plain
Ice cream
Rosemary simple syrup
Makes 1 cup rosemary-flavored syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 sprigs rosemary
Preparation
1. Cut a slice of Meyer lemon, pan-roast it and set aside for decoration.
2. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and rosemary sprigs to the boil for 3 minutes. Pour into a Masson jar and set aside.
3. In a glass, add Meyer lemon juice, rosemary syrup, maple syrup and Bota Sobr Gin.
4. Fill the glass with ice and use a bartender's spoon to make 60 shots.
5. Cover with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with a slice of grilled lemon and a sprig of rosemary!
