Amaretto Sour

Serving: 1 mocktail

INGREDIENTS

2.5 oz. to 3 oz. Alcohol-free Amaretto Sobr.
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 egg white
1 Lemon zest
1 Lemon slice (garnish)
Ice cream

PREPARATION

1. Squeeze the juice from one lemon, set aside and dip the side of the glass in the juice, then roll it in granulated sugar. Cut a slice of lemon for decoration (set aside).

2. Place the Amaretto Sobr., lemon juice, lemon zest, egg white and ice in a shaker. Close the shaker and shake vigorously until a frima forms on the surface.

3. Use the strainer to strain and pour the mocktail into the glass.

4. Garnish with a slice of lemon
