INGREDIENTS
- 400 g Beef, choose: inside round
- 2 slices cooked and chopped bacon
- 2 tsp chopped dill pickle
- 2 tsp Japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
- 2 tsp chopped French shallot
- 2 tsp chopped roasted almonds
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 1 tsp Capers
- 1 tbsp NUTRA-FRUIT Dijon-style cranberry mustard
- 1 tbsp NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit

3 tbsp NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Fleur de sel and pepper from the mill to taste
TECHNICAL
Finely chop the beef. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with the beef. Adjust the seasoning.
SERVICE
Serve cold with a salad enhanced with our Cranberry Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Use a cookie cutter for a nice presentation. Decorate with a slice of pickle.
