Yield: Makes 1 pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 1 NAAN bread
- 2 tbsp. Onion and cranberry confit @cranberry
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 Fresh Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup marinated artichoke
- 50 ml Balasamic Maple Vinaigrette @cranberry
- Ground peppercorns
- Flower of salt
- Basil leaves
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spread the onion and cranberry confit on the naan bread.
Cut the tomato into slices and spread them on the pizza. With your fingers, tear pieces of fresh mozzarella and spread them on the pizza. Add the marinated artichokes. Add the fleur de sel and ground pepper.
Bake in the center of the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and grilled to your liking.
Remove from the oven, add the basil leaves then add a drizzle of Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Replace fresh mozzarella with plant-based mozzarella.
