INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp NUTRA-FRUIT onion and cranberry confit
  • 1 tbsp. NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Honey Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette
  • 1 Teaspoon Sambal oelek
  • 1/2 Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 Mango, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Northern Shrimp
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper from the mill to taste

TECHNICAL

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, the onion cranberry confit , the sambal oelek salt and pepper to taste. Cut the mango and avocados into small cubes.


SERVICE

In a serving bowl, place a tablespoon of the spicy mayonnaise mixture. Add the mango cubes and avocado cubes and drizzle with the cranberry, honey and toasted sesame dressing. Finally, add the fresh coriander leaves.
