INGREDIENTS
- 1 Brie cheese of about 400 g
- 1/2 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Cranberry Onion Confit
- 1/3 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Whole Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup NUTRA-FRUIT Maple Cranberry Syrup
- 2 tbsp Pecans
- 2 tbsp. Walnuts
TECHNICAL
In a bowl, mix the candied onion and cranberry, whole dried cranberries , nuts and maple cranberry syrup . Slice the brie in half lengthwise and place the bottom half of the cheese in a deep baking dish.
Place half of the cranberry mixture. Top with the other half of the brie and add the remaining filling on top. Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.
SERVICE
Serve on baguette or salad.
